Linda started LSG Consulting Services in January, 2001. Retiring from a successful real estate career in the Tampa Bay area, Linda was approached by realtors and other professionals to share her marketing and networking techniques and business strategies.

Linda's Bio

Originally from Chicago, Linda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business, with a major in finance and a minor in marketing, from the University of South Florida in 1979. Linda lives in Seminole, Florida, with her husband and two sons. Linda is active in her community. Giving back to the community is an important part of Linda's life. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, snow skiing, reading and cooking.

Career History

• 2001: Formed LSG Consulting Services, specializing in business coaching and development for small businesses.
• 2000: Received Florida Real Estate Brokers License.
• 1990 - 2000: Successful Realtor® in the Tampa Bay area.
• 1984 - 1989: Business Consultant; establish a mortgage company for a local builder/developer. Scope of consulting included: setting up the company, training of staff and meeting the regulatory requirements for selling 'paper' to the secondary market. Research Consultant scope of consulting included the residential housing market (Pinellas County, Florida) sales and market share development for area building professionals. Became a licensed Realtor® in 1987. .
• 1979 - 1983: Mortgage Loan Officer and customer service representative, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association, St. Petersburg, Florida.
